TOA Speakers Certified to AS 7240.24:2018
Certification was issued on 30 September 2020 by BSI.
TOA, as one of the leading PA manufacturers in the world, understood it was critical that their products be certified and comply with the very latest version of the Australian Standard, released in 2018. TOA’s range of in-ceiling, surface-mount, line array, horn and music horn speakers can now provide installers with compliant speakers for almost every application.
Australis and TOA worked closely together to obtain this certification through BSI, and are excited to introduce this range of high quality product s with superior sound quality to the Australian market in October.

AS ISO 7240.24:2018 specifies requirements, test methods and performance criteria for loudspeakers intended to broadcast a warning of fire between a fire detection and alarm system and the occupants of a building.
