Cost efficient amplifiers are now heading to Australia

Lab Gruppen has expanded its energy efficient LUCIA and four-channel E Series amplifiers, by announcing that these models will be available to ship to Australia. Both series are much more focused on saving energy and leaving a small carbon footprint, than similar amplifiers available on the market.

To further increase cost efficiencies Lab Gruppen has introduced new LUCIA 60 W power models, which reduces the initial system consumption by 30% while delivering all the same features as the alternative models. The highly successful launch of the LUCIA 70 V output models has paved the way for the smaller 60 W model, which was unveiled at InfoComm in Las Vegas early in the year. The new LUCIA model has an exceptionally small footprint alongside the E-Series, shown in the significant energy rating that it has received. The LUCIA is not only cost-efficient but also discrete as the input flexibility provides installers with a reliable and highly cost effective solution when considering power consumption.

Lab Gruppen has also created the E-Series of compact installation amplifiers, which are the first four-channel models in the current range. Offering a total of six models to afford integrators with unrivalled flexibility in the system specification. Designed for easy installation and reliable service the E-Series amplifiers include a host of energy saving features such as temperature controlled fans that switch off for low-level signals and IDEEA (IntelliDrive Energy Efficient Amplifier) output stage for low power consumption and heat emission.

The ‘Energy Star’ label was established to make it easy for consumers to identify and purchase energy-efficient products that offer savings on energy bills without sacrificing performance, features, and comfort. As technology evolves, the qualification for the standard becomes ever more stringent. The LUCIA and E-Series meet all the requirements for the latest iteration, Energy Star 3.0.
